Input below this threshold is treated as zero. Prevents stick drift from registering as movement in games.
Active Zone
This is the usable input range between inner and outer deadzone. Wider active zones give more precision.
Outer Dead Zone
Input above this threshold registers as maximum (100%). Needed for controllers that do not reach full range.
Drift Zone
Any idle movement outside the inner deadzone. Red dots in the visualizer indicate drift being recorded.
